For almost an hour, the audience learns about the origins of coffee and how this exceptional product is processed to extract its most subtle aromas. Walter Balimann, a 40-year Nestlé employee, takes the audience along, sharing his passion and knowledge of the subject.
At the end of the demonstration, after a tasting of freshly roasted coffee, participants leave with a souvenir bag.
The cellar, with its large fireplace, can be hired out for an evening or an aperitif.
