Domaine du Moulin, Daniel Gass

Domaine du Moulin has been owned by the Gass family since 1980. It is located in the commune of Mathod, along the stream “Le Mujon”. The cellar is an old flour mill that retained its original use until the 1950s. Now converted into a wine cellar, it is a superb venue for aperitifs and tastings.

The limestone and clay soil and fairly dry climate are the ideal combination for growing around 9 grape varieties and producing elegant, well-structured wines.
