This family estate is located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel in the commune of Concise. The estate covers 20,000 m2 of which 16,000 m2 can be found in a single holding facing due south on a hillside with a gradient in excess of 30%.
Various grape varieties are cultivated: Chasselas, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Gamaret, Garanoir, Galotta and Pinot Noir.
The vines are worked by hand, in the purest respect for nature. A 180-metre dry stone wall was built along the edge of the plot to create a biotope for salamanders and lizards.
