The day begins at 10 a.m. at the Cour de Bonvillars with Frank Siffert and Annie Riter, accompanied by their truffle dogs. The walk in the forest, lasting around 2 hours, will enable you to discover the different types of truffles in the region, with Lulu cavage.
Back in the village of Bonvillars, the group will prepare an aperitif and a meal with the day’s harvest, supplemented if necessary. The menu will include 3 aperitifs, 5 main courses, 1 cheese and 1 dessert, all prepared with several varieties of truffle.
The day ends at around 5pm. Truffle cavage and cooking days can be organized for groups of 5 or more on request from info@truffesuisse.ch.
