Opened at the beginning of the year, Bocal & Coffee is the local and sustainable address launched by the Perusset brothers. Sustainable? Yes, Frédéric and Grégory are bringing old-fashioned dishes back up to date: pot-au-feu, shepherd’s pie and other dishes are offered every week in reusable jars.
And what about coffee? Espresso, cortado and cappucino are also on the menu, to be enjoyed hot or cold. Some drinks change with the seasons, so you’re sure to find what you’re looking for (and a pastry to go with it).
The little extra: the latte macchiato with salted butter caramel, ideal for a break in the morning or the afternoon!
Café de la Promenade is the timeless, warm place to be. From 10 to 11:30 a.m., you can enjoy a delicious brunch: scrambled eggs, avocado toast or golden crust. And let’s not forget the buckwheat pancakes and variations on sweet crêpes.
On the beverage side, you’ll find the classic upside-down, macchiato and decaffeinated coffees. The coffee served is roasted in Savigny, in the canton of Vaud.
Le petit + : si voThe little extra: if you’re looking for entertainment, the café has an authentic bowling alley in the back room. Don’t forget to book ahead!
