On the programme
Truffle hunting demonstration:
You’ll watch truffle hunting with Alvin or Pepper truffle dogs. Other truffle-hunting techniques and the harvesting periods for different varieties of truffle will also be presented.
Tasting of truffle products:
This more convivial part will take the form of an aperitif tasting, where you can discover various uses for truffles through sweet and savoury preparations, cooked with local produce.
You can also sample some of the region’s beverages, such as wine from the Cรดtes de l’Orbe or craft beers from the “La Talentueuse” brewery in Chavornay.
