Every year on the last weekend in September, Orbe hosts the traditional ‘Sausage and Cabbage Festival’. In the heart of the town and on the castle esplanade, immerse yourself in a festive and convivial atmosphere. Savour the famous papet vaudois in the canteen on the Place du Marché or in one of the partner restaurants.
Enjoy entertainment for all the family, concerts and stalls selling regional produce, and take your sausage home with you. It’s a not-to-be-missed event for gourmets and lovers of local produce!

Meal followed by the ABBAVOICE concert on Friday evening (booking required), priced at 45CHF.

– Papet vaudois, cabbage sausage and a dessert to round off the meal.
All events are free of charge, and admission is free under the canteen (except Friday evening).
On Saturday and Sunday, enjoy a Papet Vaudois and a sausage in partner restaurants and in the canteen, at a price of 20CHF per adult and 10CHF per child.
