A unique visit to the Tonnellerie de Valeyres-sous-Rances, which makes barrels by hand using only Swiss oak. With detailed explanations of all the stages of production given by cooper Rémi. After the visit, you’ll have the chance to taste the Manoir’s wines, accompanied by a delicious plate of local produce (optional).

The Domaine du Manoir wine tasting can be booked at the same time as the visit to La Tonnellerie (wine + board: CHF 20.-/adult, CHF 10.-/child).
