The BM Restaurant

Fuelled by a passion for food and a love of cooking, the BM kitchen team cook fresh ingredients supplied by local producers and suppliers for the most part. There is a great selection of Côtes de l’Orbe and Bonvillars wines to accompany the restaurant’s meat, fish or vegetarian dishes.

With its Monday to Friday daily specials and group meal suggestions, the restaurant provides the perfect finishing touch to the Hôtel des Mosaïques, which is also home to a bar.
