Brasse-Mortier brewery

The “Brasserie de la Brasse-Mortier” is located in the venerable village of Romainmôtier since 2014. In this cluniac site full of history, not far from the millennial abbey, the Brasse-Mortier brewery produces beer, with no other purpose than respect for tradition and authenticity. Specialties are occasionally brewed according to the season or for special circumstances. The brewery invites you to taste its products on site, to meet the locals over a beer, to dance during acoustic concerts, and to buy beers to go!

Open on Thursday evenings from 18:30 to 22:00, on Sundays from 15:00 to 19:00 and in the Summer on Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:00. Private beer tasting sessions by appointment from 10 people.
