Mixed salads, pies, crispy pastries and the famous “Salée au sucre” (a typical Vaudois creamy and sugary dessert) are available throughout the year. A rich and refined assortment of bakery products made in the respect and ethics of authentic artisanal know-how completes the menu of the bakery.

In addition to a culinary delight and a full stomach, the Fleur de Farine Café Bakery invites you to a real experience! The laboratory, located just next to the café behind a large bay window, allows you to watch Frédéric Lutz’ team prepare artisanal pastries.
