La Tine de Conflens

Add to favorites
Come and discover this marvel that is the Tine de Conflens. A magnificent waterfall in the middle of nature between Ferreyres and La Sarraz.

Start the walk in the centre of Cossonay, heading in the direction of La Sarraz: cross fields and forests passing by the small village of Dizy to arrive at the Tine de Conflens.

For the return, skirt the Venoge river for a while, on the way you will be able to admire magnificent monuments such as the castle of La Sarraz or the castle of Eclépens.

Several picnic tables are set along the way, making a scenic stop for lunch. There are many drinking water fountains in the villages along the way.

The path that leads to the bottom of la Tine de Conflens is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or pushchairs (wooden stairs, steep slope).

Access beyond the platform at the end of the marked path (platform marked by cables) is not permitted. In view of the high risk of falling rocks and the danger of flooding in this area, the Municipality declines all responsibility for anyone venturing into the unsecured areas.

Parking is limited, mainly in high season, public transport is preferred for exploring this natural site. Departure from Cossonay station or La Sarraz station. If, however, you wish to reach the Tine de Conflens by car, parking is available at the entrance to the village of La Sarraz next to the sports center.
