Every Tuesday morning, it’s time for exercise and wellbeing with a class specially designed for seniors aged 60 and over.
Led by Elodie, director of Red Y, enjoy a session tailored to each participant’s physical abilities, set against the magnificent backdrop of the quays. On the programme: gentle strength-building exercises, mobility work and stretching to keep fit in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
This class is offered by Red Y and takes place every Tuesday from 9.00 am to 9.45 am.
A wonderful opportunity to look after yourself, get some exercise in the fresh air and start the day full of energy!
