Situated on a west-facing hillside overlooking the Jura mountains, you’ll be able to see 15 species of mycorrhised trees forming a group of almost 2,000 vines.
During this presentation, you’ll learn all about truffle cultivation, from choosing the right variety to the nature of the ideal soil, from cultivation to harvesting.
Truffle-hunting demonstration: You’ll see our truffle dogs searching for truffles in real time.
We’ll also show you other truffle-hunting techniques and the harvesting periods for different varieties of truffle.
Tasting of products with truffles in the form of an aperitif tasting, you will discover some uses of truffles through sweet and savoury preparations, cooked with products from our region.

– The development of the truffle is largely dependent on natural and meteorological factors. In the event of a shortage of truffles, and in order to maintain the quality of the tour, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the tour.
