Situated on a west-facing hillside overlooking the Jura mountains, you’ll be able to see 15 species of mycorrhised trees forming a group of almost 2,000 vines.
‎
During this presentation, you’ll learn all about truffle cultivation, from choosing the right variety to the nature of the ideal soil, from cultivation to harvesting.
‎
Truffle-hunting demonstration: You’ll see our truffle dogs searching for truffles in real time.
‎
We’ll also show you other truffle-hunting techniques and the harvesting periods for different varieties of truffle.
‎
Tasting of products with truffles in the form of an aperitif tasting, you will discover some uses of truffles through sweet and savoury preparations, cooked with products from our region.
