This circuit offers magnificent views over Lake Neuchâtel. Starting from Grandson, it winds through the vineyards of the Bonvillars wine appellation and its villages. The various winegrowing villages will delight you with their period buildings and colourful façades, giving these wine villages a special charm. Along the way, you’ll discover Grandson, Champagne, Bonvillars, Onnens, Corcelles-près-Concise and Concise. On your way back, a little over a dozen cellars await you. If you’d like to taste wine there, remember to book in advance, except on Saturday mornings, when the cellars are generally open. Back in Grandson, a medieval town overlooking Lake Neuchâtel, the second-largest castle in Switzerland is open to visitors all year round. La Maison des Terroirs, right in the heart of the town, is also the perfect spot for a well-deserved treat at the end of your walk, offering a range of all the specialities from the region you’ve just explored.
