In early summer, a great many wild plants grow on the pastures and in the forests of Yverdon-les-Bains Region, most of them are edible. Thaïs Cornaz shares her knowledge about these plants that participants may well have seen many times, often ignoring their therapeutic or culinary virtues. A scented, tasty experience not to be missed.
Starting at Sainte-Croix station, the guided walk allows participants to identify and pick wild plants while passing through pastures, forests and riversides. After this initiation into picking, participants will spend time in the kitchen preparing the bounty picked for lunch.
This activity can be made in summer (May-July). Dates are organised on request, as it may also be possible to organise this workshop for a group.
