The Restaurant du Juraparc is built entirely of wood and is reminiscent of a Canadian chalet. This “natural” atmosphere goes hand in hand with the famous animal park, where bears and wolves live in semi-freedom. The restaurant is ideal after a pleasant visit with the family or simply for a gourmet break.
Bison meat is the specialty here, served as terrine, soup, carpaccio, salami, entrecôte, steak or fillet. The menu card also offers cheese and mushroom dishes as well as pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. Children are particularly happy to eat here, near the animal park. There are also games at their disposal. In the summer, you can enjoy your meal on the vast, sunny terrace.
