The restaurant’s shaded flower terrace near Lake Neuchâtel provides relaxation and a welcome break at just 20 minutes from Yverdon-les-Bains. The Chef offers fresh market specialties, lakefish, pata negra and FSB beef. For guests preferring à la carte meals, there are fillets of cod with green pepper, blanquette of fish on a green curry sauce, perch fillets with creamed chives and, as a novelty, seafood platters.
