The Hotel Bellevue is located in Onnens, in a beautiful 17th century building offering a stunning view of Lake Neuchâtel. Its restaurant serves brasserie-type dishes as well as specialties such as the reputed caquelon vigneron (special type of meat fondue), cockerel in a basket and rib steak. Guests can choose to sit in the dining room complete with a fireplace in winter, the convivial café-brasserie or on the large shaded terrace offering a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel caters for businesspeople and families.
