Séverin Gerber, artisan baker, and Grégory Wyss, artisan chocolatier, two lovers of taste and exceptional produce, have taken up the challenge of working with raw materials that respect nature and encouraging the local economy.
A large assortment of bread and pastries, seasonal specialties, as well as chocolate creations are offered for sale. In the tea room, homemade hot chocolate is served along with organic loose teas and various refreshing drinks.
These two artisans have received 1st prize from the ‘Couronne Boulangère 2018’, whose committee acknowledged their inventiveness, their professionalism, their talent and their commitment.
