Orbe gorges to Les Clées

Situated between Orbe and Les Clées, this walk follows a stretch of river that winds through gorges in an unspoilt natural setting. The village of Les Clées, with its restaurant and medieval tower, offers a pleasant break. From the village of Les Clées, you can retrace your steps back to Orbe, or take the bus located at the top of the village, a 30-minute walk away.

A further two-hour walk takes you to Vallorbe, via the Saut du Day waterfall. From this waterfall, you can also reach Le Day in 30 minutes (1.5 km) or continue on to Vallorbe (1 hour, 4 km).
