This route, starting from Les Replans, offers a magnificent 3.1km climb with 446 metres of ascent to the summit of Les Petites Roches. It offers ski mountaineers a varied playground between forest and pasture. At the halfway point, those in less of a hurry can grab a bite to eat at the Chalet des Avattes or stop off at La Casba for a glass of “Meneguetz”, a secret recipe closely guarded by the inhabitants of the Balcon du Jura. The final section of the route takes hikers to the summit of the Petites Roches, via a section close to the ridges.
Departure from the Les Replans car park.
The descent is via the slopes of the Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses ski area.
