The day begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Cour de Bonvillars with Frank Siffert and Annie Riter, accompanied by their truffle dogs. The approximately two-hour forest walk allows participants to discover the different types of truffles found in the region, with truffle hunting carried out by Blitz.
Back in the village of Bonvillars, the group will prepare together an aperitif and a full meal using the harvest of the day, supplemented if necessary. The menu includes 3 aperitifs, 5 courses, 1 cheese and 1 dessert, all prepared with several varieties of truffles.
The day concludes around 5:00 p.m.
