The day begins at 10 a.m. at the Cour de Bonvillars with Frank Siffert and Annie Riter, accompanied by their truffle dogs. The walk through the forest, which will last around 2 hours, will enable you to discover the different types of truffle in the region, with Blitz providing the truffle digging.
Back in the village of Bonvillars, the group will prepare an aperitif and a meal together using the day’s harvest, supplemented if necessary. The menu will include 3 aperitifs, 5 main courses, 1 cheese and 1 dessert, all prepared with several varieties of truffle.
The day will finish at around 5pm.
