Astor, the champion truffle dog, will give you a demonstration of his nose and his ability to flush out the precious mushrooms nestling in the bowels of the earth.
‎‎‎
Back in the tastefully transformed grocery store, you’ll start by learning a few truffle-making secrets, such as truffle butter to accompany an aperitif or a dish.
‎‎‎
Then you’ll taste a seasonal truffle soup, a truffle omelette and finish with a truffle ice cream. All served with wine from the region (AOC Bonvillars or Côtes de l’Orbe).
