Accompanied by specially trained dogs, you will experience the excitement of searching for this hidden treasure, buried underground in a truffle orchard planted over 20 years ago.
Back in the tastefully transformed stable, you will start by learning some production secrets such as truffle butter to accompany an appetizer or a dish.
Then you will enjoy a truffle-seasoned soup, a truffle omelette, and finish with truffle ice cream. All accompanied by regional wine (AOC Bonvillars or Côtes de l’Orbe).
