On 30 August 2025, the Museum invites you to an exceptional day to celebrate its 45th anniversary. It’s a free, open-air event. Like the apprentice foundrymen of yesteryear who gave new life to old objects, this fair will showcase the art of reusing and transforming objects made of iron, cast iron, scrap metal and other metallic materials.
‎
From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., this free fair, open to all, will offer a unique opportunity to discover original creations made from recovered materials, while promoting recycling and reuse.
‎
Admission to the Museum will be 5.00 (free for under 6s), and the scrap metal fair will be held outdoors, with a refreshment bar and food court to welcome you throughout the day.
