In Grandson, the Maison des terroirs is hosting a rare experiment: the making of a raisinée from beer wort. Traditionally made from apple or pear juice, raisinée is being reinvented here thanks to a collaboration between the Maison des terroirs and the b.a.g brewery in Giez. This first-of-its-kind event invites curious connoisseurs of revisited traditions to observe traditional methods applied to a new raw material. The event takes place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of opportunity to talk about local flavours. It’s a unique opportunity to discover a know-how that’s constantly evolving.
