National Day in Yverdon-les-Bains

The city of Yverdon-les-Bains is inviting everyone to celebrate Swiss National Day!

5:00 – 07:30: Aubade by the Fanfare L’Avenir

11.00am – 11.30am: Official part of 1 August
11.30am: Aperitif offered by the Municipality to the public

Following the cessation of activities by the association organising the 1st August at the beach, the City of Yverdon-les-Bains has taken over its coordination for the 2024 event. As in previous years, the festivities will take place at Yverdon-les-Bains beach:

12:00: Opening of the foodtrucks and bars
12:00 – 17:00: Entertainment for all in partnership with the Mam’y, the Yverdon-les-Bains Library, La limonade littéraire, the Yverdon-les-Bains Chess Club, La Grande Partie and Y-Plage.
5.30pm: Street art show by Compagnia Circolabile (tag) in collaboration with Le Six Pompes Summer Tour
7pm: Concert by rapper ASed
9pm: Concert by rock band Licking Rainbows
10.30pm: Fireworks display
10.50pm: 1st August bonfire
11pm: DJ set by DJ Leey
