Inspired by medieval feasts and brimming with character, this culinary journey invites you to the lords’ table to sample the famous Ambroisine or indulge in the stuffed cabbage from the kingdom’s gardens. Amidst flavours of yesteryear and lakeside scenery, enjoy a special stopover to explore the encampments and entertainment at the castle, which hold many surprises in store, before returning to the present on a peaceful journey back along the water.

A generous portion of chicken slowly cooked in a sweet-and-sour blend of spices and enhanced with dried fruits, just as it was served at the great medieval banquets. A recipe inspired by medieval feasts, rich in flavour and character.

Stuffed cabbage from the kingdom’s gardens: delicately stuffed cabbage filled with slow-cooked vegetables, served with a golden rösti and a smooth butternut squash cream. A comforting vegetarian dish inspired by the tables of the past.
