The approach, which is both regional and historical, evokes the permeability of the border in the Jougnena valley at a time when the border was closed by the armed forces, as well as the role of the Swiss Resistance fighters involved in the French Internal Resistance (FFI) and the rehabilitation procedure currently underway for them by the Federal Chambers.
