The Emocio Vocal Ensemble, made up of thirteen singers and directed by Stéphane Mooser, was founded in autumn 2013. Its work was rewarded at the Montreux Choral Festival 2015 with a 2nd prize with mention ‘Excellent’ and at the Concours Choral de Fribourg 2017 with the prize in the Elite category as well as the jury prize.
He will perform works inspired by Shakespeare’s plays: excerpts from Henry Purcell’s opera Fairy Queen and works by 20th-century composers: The Three Shakespeare Songs by Ralph Vaughan Williams; Touch her soft lips and part by Sir William Walton; Four Shakespeare Songs by Jaakko Mäntyjärvi.
Yann Pugin, a professional actor, will be the guide on this journey full of emotion, discovery, fervour and delight.
