Are they blind? Do vampires exist? Are they bald? How many species are there?
Accompanied by a specialist from the Centre de Coordination Ouest pour l’étude et la protection des chauves-souris du canton de Vaud (CCO-Vaud), this outing is an opportunity to find out more about these flying mammals, their behaviour, their way of life and their importance to ecosystems. Equipped with an ultrasound detector, we’ll go and listen to the inaudible and observe these nocturnal animals living or hunting on the Champ-Pittet site.
