Following the success of the first two editions, the Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses gourmet cycle tour is evolving and gaining new momentum! It is now known as ‘L’Échappée Gourmande’ and will be organised in partnership with the Association événem’en Selle and Sainte-Croix/Les Rasses Tourisme.
A new route designed for gravel cyclists and/or ‘touring’ e-bike riders is being introduced this year. It will offer an excellent alternative to the existing mountain bike route. The various stops planned along this new circuit will showcase other local businesses. We have some wonderful culinary discoveries in store for you.
Amidst panoramic ridges, pastures and forests, come and cycle whilst enjoying several gourmet breaks at local restaurants and alpine chalets!
