Astor, the champion truffle dog, will demonstrate his nose for truffles and his ability to flush out the precious mushrooms nestling in the bowels of the earth.
Back in the tastefully transformed grocery store, you’ll start by learning a few truffle-making secrets, such as truffle butter to accompany an aperitif or a dish.
Then you’ll enjoy a 3-course truffle menu accompanied by local AOC Bonvillars and Côte de l’Orbe wines.
