This restaurant offers top-quality dishes to suit all tastes. There are four dishes of the day, fish from the lake and the sea, meats served on slates and a vast selection of pasta. Fish fans will love the Chef’s specialty: perch or fera fillets deglazed with Dézaley wine. The fish dishes are also served à la meunière, with morels or almonds. In the autumn, the menu card includes game dishes. An additional asset of this well-named restaurant (“Mallard duck”) is its pleasant lakeside terrace at the port of Yvonand. The tastefully renovated dining room offers a panoramic view of the lake.
