Accompanied by breads (organic flour ground on a stone millstone on the farm and natural sourdough), chocolates and other confections from their Boulangerie-Chocolaterie located a few meters away in the same street.
A trolley of matured cheeses, craft beers and carefully selected wines (Switzerland and France exclusively) complete your gastronomic moment.
This passion for local, quality produce has led to the restaurant being awarded its first Michelin star in 2023.
The wine cellar contains treasures as well as a table for aperitifs. Warm and modern, the decoration invites you to forget the passage of time for a moment. The GERBER WYSS house is a gourmet restaurant, a bakery-chocolate factory and its “Chez Lili-Rose” tea room, all three located rue du Four in Yverdon-les-Bains, in the historic heart of the city center.
