Located on the Domaine du Manoir estate, the cooperage in Valeyres-sous-Rances crafts barrels by hand using Swiss oak. During the visit, guests discover the different stages of the barrel-making process, explained by the cooper Rémi.
At the end of the visit, a tasting of Domaine du Manoir wines is offered. Upon request, it can be accompanied by a platter of regional specialities.

The Domaine du Manoir wine tasting can be booked at the same time as the visit to La Tonnellerie (wine + board: CHF 20.-/adult, CHF 10.-/child).
