The district of Bonvillars has been home to a wine cooperative since 1943. The winegrowers who are associated under the name “Cellar of Bonvillars winegrowers” centralise their production in recent premises that are open to the public.

The Cave des Viticulteurs de Bonvillars is a philosophy, a team spirit, a community of winegrowers who have been working together for generations to produce excellent wines. Winegrowers who are justifiably proud of our terroir, which is home to sublime grape varieties that are nurtured both in the vineyard and in the cellar, while respecting nature and the demanding specifications imposed on winegrowers. The Cave des Viticulteurs de Bonvillars believes in its family and territorial heritage, and wants to ensure their children not only a better land, but also high-quality wines that will keep for years and warm the hearts of their friends, families and ambassadors. Olivier Robert, Managing Oenologist, and his team have been innovating by integrating new micro-oxygenation techniques and creating parcel-based wines for some years now. The 15 grape varieties are cultivated according to each terroir to produce wines of sublime quality!

The Cave des Viticulteurs de Bonvillars is keen to present its wines and new releases on a regular basis! Their friendly team welcomes you to their wine cellar in Bonvillars (near Yverdon) 6/7 days a week to discover their specialties. You can also book to visit their cellar and vineyards, or take part in one of their many events.

In addition to their excellent wines, it is possible to rent a modular room where family parties, seminars and corporate events can be organized with your favorite caterer and their wines.

You can also order your wines directly from our online shop: www.cavedebonvillars.ch/fr/boutique/
